Alt + any digit opens a new pane

Now Alt + any digit opens a new pane. I used to enter ASCII codes for symbols using Alt + numpad with NumLock on. Now can’t do it. Can I somehow disable this shortcut?

Use the hotkey configuration feature to assign different hotkeys to these commands.
