Links using the workflowy:// url scheme are currently broken for me in the iOS app. They still work fine in the Workflowy Desktop app on Mac. When I take a workflowy:// link that works on macOS and try to open it on iOS, I get an error message like:
Safari cannot open the page because the address is invalid.
or
Shortcuts could not open the app for the URL scheme “workflowy” because the app is not installed on this device.
(The iOS app is indeed installed, just to be clear!)
This issue was also mentioned as an “idea” under Desktop MCP:
