Feature request: Select text + [[ to turn it into a link

In Obsidian, you can highlight a word, type [[, and it wraps the selection into a link. Would love the same in Workflowy.

Right now typing [[ over a selection just replaces the text, so I end up retyping the word inside the link search. Having [[ use the selection as the search term (or wrap it directly if there’s an exact match) would make linking a lot faster.

Where would you put the target of the link?

good question, @calsi . WF would have to prompt you for a destination

I use the “Notes” as the destination.

“Notes” as in a node called “Notes”? Not being difficult just trying to understand. Backlinks always point to some node.
