Situation: there are two WF tabs in the browser. One has panes, one does not.
Refresh the one with panes. Then refresh the one without panes. It now has panes.
Even worse, refresh in the opposite order (first refresh the one without panes, then the one with panes) and the panes disappear.
Perhaps both a way to fix this and a useful feature in its own right:
IMO the URL of a browser window with panes should contain the IDs of each of the panes. This would mean that the arrangement could be bookmarked, saved, shared, etc. It might also mean that bugs like this could not happen.
