FIXED! Bugs: the open_in_pane shortcut was not working when I placed the cursor on the pane title; the “New pane” button /new_pane shortcut did not work either

open_in_pane did not work when I place the cursor on the pane title, although it works when I place the cursor in the child nodes.

The “New pane” button /new_pane shortcut did not work either.

Tested in Chrome Incognito mode 4.3.2609091429 [beta, chrome-152, mac]
