Let me start off by saying that WF is amazing and that the latest updates have been tremendously useful for me, namely the calendar & found dates features !
This is a 2 in 1 request :
Can you please group backlinks by “path” ?
Here is a simplified example :
- Items in the backlinks sections don’t seem to follow any specific order : I think they are listed by order of creation, so I always have to scan the entire list of backlinks to make sure that I don’t forget anything + manually reorder the backlinks
- Backlink nodes are not grouped : the backlinks list can quickly get overwhelming, with a lot of repeated info (for example : Calendar > 2025 > 12 > 04/12/2025 appears twice). This goes against the clean and minimalist design that we cherish.
Can you add a “jump to date” feature ?
In my previous screenshot : I have a meeting with a client on 03/12/2025 and I want to check that day’s schedule => the paths of least resistance would be 1) to hit Alt-T to get to today’s view, then select the date in the calendar icon, or 2) Ctrl + K then type the date, but that’s a lot of typing.
Can you add a “jump to date” feature, that would be visible when we click on a date (in this case, when we click on 03/12/2025 in the backlink) + a shortcut (similar to Ctrl + Click on the date) ?
