Horizontal scroller hidden when board view's top node has a note

Hi Frank,

Yes. In your test, there are four columns and they initially all fit on my screen, thus no need to scroll left-right. So I narrowed my window so that all 4 columns do not all fit (left to right) on one screen and I would need to scroll to see all the columns. I also tried widening some of the columns so that they don’t all fit

When I did either of these, the horizontal scroll bar won’t show, I can’t click-and-drag it to scroll left-right, and I can’t (with my laptop trackpad), use two-finger scrolling left-right.

When I scroll the page (not any column) down a bit, then the horizontal scroll bar appears, I can click-and-drag it to scroll left-right, and I can use two-finger scrolling left-right on the touchpad.

I find that when I remove the notes of the main node (in your test, the three “querty” lines) completely (including any blank lines), the horizontal scrolling works as expected: the bar appears as soon as/whenever the columns don’t fit on the screen, I can click-and-drag the bar to scroll left-right, and I can use two-finger scrolling left-right on the touch pad. No vertical scrolling needed.
