I use a combo of tag and WF date, Tags are #Rwk #Rmo #Rqu and #Ryr,

  1. For nodes with a tag but no WF date I have saved searches by date for each type
    1. Monday for #Rwk
    2. The first for #Rmo
    3. The 15th of Mar, Jun, Sep and Dec for #Rqu
    4. Jan 1 for #Ryr
    5. I change the date to the next cycle after action/review
  2. Nodes with a tag and a WF date appear in regular date searches. I change the date after action/review.
