Thanks for sharing your project! Were there any specific limitations with the existing solutions you feel your project does better?

I see it’s also optimized for second-brain setups, could you maybe share some thoughts on why you decided to build it the way you did?

thanks for the question… I started this before WF had MCP etc. so I have developed and evolved as their offering has grown. My MCP has more features than the desktop at this stage but i am sure that will improve. The real focus has become the secondbrain. Instead of millions of notes in some confusing map from obsidian or similar the outline view works really well. I have a dedicated section of WF for my secondbrain, which I see as a distillation of the ‘meaning’ of my work, reading etc. My focus, which is different to other secondbrain approaches, is to focus on the generation of ‘claims’ - statements that describe what i think about things. WF plus claude is great at doing a review and a sweep into the secondbrain - so it’s a 3 stage process for me. links etc go into inbox for triage, actions, notes and links are added to the appropriate sections in WF, I then comment and write about those notes and links. My secondbrain sweep then takes those comments and reconciles with what is already in the secondbrain and adds to it. I provide some basic structure to the secondbrain - categories and themes - which means I can review it manually too. But in the end, I can ask a simple question like, ‘what is my view on X?’ and it reminds me of what i have done. Hope this helps.
