Table issue (moving rows) in panes other than 1

Moving rows, whether drag/drop or keyboard, does nothing except in pane 1. When mouse dragging, the target line appears but after the drop there is no change.

(And, not a pane issue but possibly related: even in pane 1, after moving a row, the table does not re-render until the table is clicked in again.

Looks like the table rendering issue is unrelated, part of a general rendering regression bug in this beta.
