I’d like to suggest a few layout refinements for the dropdown menus to improve visual flow and navigation…
1. Main / Settings Menu Layout (APP)
Currently, the “New version ready” banner sits right in the middle of standard menu options, interrupting regular workflow actions.

Option A (Preferred) : Place Pin as top window at the very top of the menu, with New version ready directly under it.

Option B : Place Pin as top window at the top, and position New version ready directly under the sync / refresh section.
This keeps operational window controls prioritized at the top while keeping app update alerts organized predictably.
2. Item / Context Menu Refinements (APP/WEB)
In the item context menu, the Upload file option is currently placed right in the middle of navigation and movement actions (between Move to Date… and Mirror To…), which breaks the logical flow of the menu.
- Suggested Placement : Move Upload file directly under Duplicate (below Mirror / Mirror To…). This removes the unnecessary break in the movement section and groups file attachment actions naturally alongside duplication and cloning tools.
