- Changes between monthly and yearly Apple billing now appear promptly in Workflowy. The iOS app also refreshes subscription status when it opens or returns to the foreground, after subscription management closes, and after purchases are restored.
- Verification codes emailed for passwordless login or an email-address change can now be suggested and filled automatically by browsers and Apple devices.
- Dropping a file outside a valid outline location, such as over the image detail view, now safely cancels the drop instead of causing an error or disrupting later drag-and-drop actions.
- Move Here and Mirror Here now work when the destination is the root item of a side pane, placing the moved or mirrored item at the top.
- Item selection now updates after selected items are moved, deleted, or unloaded, so later selection actions—including mobile moves—keep working.
- Rapid focus changes no longer cause an error when the item that held the caret disappears, so editing and navigation can continue normally.
- Drag-selecting items near the edge of the window now continues auto-scrolling smoothly even when the selection briefly becomes empty.
- Items can now be reordered into the first position of their current list by dragging them to the beginning.
- After deleting a table column, keyboard focus now stays in the header row at the deleted column’s position—or moves to the previous header when the last column was removed—so editing can continue without an error.
- After restoring an item from Trash in the desktop app, clicking Restored now opens the item inside Workflowy instead of in an external browser.
- Take Photo is available again when adding an image on Android 11 and later, rather than limiting users to images already in their gallery.
- Real-time updates now connect on Safari 15 and recover more reliably after network interruptions or connection failures.
- The weekly report’s loading message is now properly aligned with the dialog header and close button.
- Workflowy’s AI and integration help is now collected in one hub and available in English, Spanish, French, Japanese, and Korean, with new guides for Workflowy AI, Claude Desktop, the Workflowy CLI, and direct API integrations.
- The Tables help guide is now available in Spanish, French, Japanese, and Korean, with the same feature overview, videos, and step-by-step instructions as the English guide.
- Added a Panes help guide covering how to open, navigate, search, resize, close, and use keyboard shortcuts with panes in English, Spanish, French, Japanese, and Korean.

1271/11271/2Desktop navigation has been consolidated: the former separate main menu is gone; Help is grouped in a submenu, and Log out, Download files, and Trash are now in Settings. Present is available from each pane’s three-dot menu, with Today added when a pane is especially narrow.- The sidebar toggle and New pane controls now remain fixed at the left and right edges while you scroll horizontally through panes. New pane is also available in the regular single-pane header so you can open the first pane.
- Narrowing a window below 800px no longer closes your open panes: the pane workspace remains available through horizontal scrolling, without showing an unnecessary scrollbar when everything already fits.
1039/1Numbered lists now show the correct sequence when a numbered item is opened at the root of a pane.- Starting a presentation now closes open panes and presents the selected item in a single main view instead of leaving multiple trees onscreen.
