Bugs: "Move out" incorrectly move the node to the parent level of the leftmost pane when multiple panes are opened

“Move out” should move the node to the parent level of the current pane/page. This applies regardless of how deeply nested the node the cursor focuses is within that level.

But now “Move out” incorrectly move the node to the parent level of the leftmost pane/page.

Reproduced in 4.3.2608211622 [beta, edge, win]

Parenthetically, I really don’t see the point of moving up multiple levels.
