Not sure it makes a difference - what are your system settings for date formats?
Also keyboard layout could play a role ..

Well, I suppose system settings shouldn’t affect Workflowy ‘s internal logic.

No it’s not.
I checked with different keyboard layouts, it’s still the same.

I chose custom format. Check the screenshot in the first message.
