I hope the starred button can be brought back to the topbar — this is a feature I rely on heavily.
It used to be the most iconic button and boon for workflowy from the very beginning, with origins in the launch year. But now I have to click and expand the three-dot menu to verify whether it has been starred.
Or, as Bob suggested, we could choose to pin certain features to the top bar, because I rarely click the “Today” icon; instead, I use the Ctrl+T shortcut. And I never use the new pane button either, because I use the shortcut to “toggle the pane” or just Alt + click the specific node.
