how to get a list of all the tags present in my workflowy.

Hi,

Just type ESC, then “#”. Then continue typing to filter the list.

Or simply click on the Search field and then on “#”

This works either you’re being at Home or another bullet level.

SImply doing " simply click on the Search field and then on “#”" will give you few tags list starting with those alphabets - MY MAIN POINT IS WHAT HAPPENS TO THE INTERMEDIATE WORDS OF THE TAG, THERE’S NO WAY TO FILTER THEM.

HENCE BEST WAY IS TO BE SIMPLY ABLE TO GET THE ENTIRE LIST OF ALL TAGS (from workflowy features as & when it will become available & THEN SEARCH ON TO YOUR DESIRED INTERMEDIATE WORDS.

earlier I was using https://rawbytz.github.io nicely but no chrome has removed it from its trusted sources. (I got the entire list of my tags earlier using https://rawbytz.github.io app but the tags list goes on ever increasing, hence the need for this feature from workflowy)

There is a bookmarlet on chrome called “tagindex” , it works quite well. I didn’t write this and I don’t even remember where I got it.

Dear **danympelletier: to make you recall easily, I’ve already written “**earlier I was using https://rawbytz.github.io” which used to have TagIndex for listing all tags - but now we DO NOT HAVE ANY ALTERNATIVE TO LIST ALL TAGS.

There was/is a tag counter routine in WFx that displays counts for all tags at whatever zoom level. I use this today as a bookmarklet, It will list all tags if used at the Home level. This works well but the results may or may not be 100% useful depending upon the number of shares or pastes that contain #’s. :man_shrugging:
