When planning, I use mirrors in calendar. Now I have to move them to specific dates with mouse. Is it possible to mirror to specific date using slash command?
Hmm. Sorta. This is clunky and works if the dated node exists:
- use the
Mirror to…slash command - in the search field that pops up, use nested search e.g.
calendar>2026>01>14 - select the date node you’ve searched for to complete the mirroring (in this case to Jan 14th).
If the dated node doesn’t exist, you can use the “New in…” link at the bottom of the search window to add a date node; this is also clunky.
Thank you, @michael !
It works exactly like I wanted.
Anyway, “Mirror to date” command wouldn’t hurt ![]()
Alternatively, you can just type the desired date, in any format that WF recognizes (including tomorrow, yesterday, next week, etc).
Sorry, @jodmarch , it doesn’t work
I can get this to work if the node already exists in my calendar
Right, that date node must already exist. And you need to use a date format that WF recognizes. The easiest way to experiment with finding such a format is to type a date representation in a node and see if a date popup happens. That could depend on what your date format setting is.
In windows app and web no date is recognized in “Mirror to” field in my case. Even “today”, “tomorrow” etc.
We now have Mirror to Date... command.
Thank you very much!!!
