I hope it isn’t considered a waste of valuable forum space to say this, but I wanted to extend my congratulations and thanks to the team for the increasing sophistication and usefulness of the app while maintaining its simplicity. The chief competition for me has been Notion. The two things that decided the case for me were the ability to write in “paragraph” mode (“notes” on items never really did the trick for me) and the implementation of boards. It is SO easy to set up a board to track a project, and to change it back and forth to other formats, that I’m now relying on Workflowy almost exclusively for all my organization and prewriting tasks. The one app it hasn’t replaced yet is ToDoist, because I haven’t been able to figure out how to structure the nested to-dos AND have recurring tasks that reset the due date to a certain number of days or weeks later when marked complete.
