A great addition could be a native support of Mermaid charts (at least the main ones like Flowchart, Pie chart, Gantt…).
The implementation could follow the table way.
Example:
Creating a couple of entries like that
- flowchart LR
- Step1 → Step2
- Step2 → Step3
And then selecting “Turn into… > Mermaid” in the contextual menu to interpret the code.
