When I move bullets (with move to command or with mouse to sidebar) they appear at the beginning of target bullet (if it had some content).
Is it possible to move them to an end of target bullet?
If you execute the / command on the target node at the bottom of the list is a toggle where to place nodes moved to that node.

Does it apply only to current bullet or all subbullets?

The setting on the target node controls where any bullets moved to it go, top or end.
I think what @kirill was asking (at least from my understanding — and if not, I’ll ask it myself 
) is whether that setting is global, i.e. whether it will only apply for the target node where the command is executed, or for all target nodes for future moves.
I believe it is local, not global, but I’d really love to have a way to set it globally! 
It is a local setting to the node best I can tell. Not sure but I think the default is set to Top. You change the nodes you want the insert to be at the Bottom.
