Move pane left and right commands seem to have disappered?

Per the title. move_pane_left and _right not working now and not in the CP best I can tell.

Well, I thought I was in Beta but maybe I wasn’t. Things are working fine now. Oops.

Actually I think they did disappear for one beta version.
