This is an early macOS screenshot experiment that appeared in the desktop app before it was ready. The idea is to let you capture part of your screen and quickly copy it or save it into Workflowy.
It isn’t an announced feature yet, and we’ve disabled the menu in development while we finish it. Thanks for spotting it!
