Hi WorkFlowy team,
I’d love to suggest an improvement to the Dashboard View feature. Currently, when I view my workspace while logged in, I can easily use the Dashboard layout to see all my key projects in a clear, organized way. However, when I create a shared link, people who open it in their browsers (without a WorkFlowy account) only see the content in List View, not the Dashboard layout.
As a team leader, I use the Dashboard View to share our project progress with colleagues. It provides a much cleaner and more visual overview than the standard list. It would be incredibly helpful if shared links could preserve the Dashboard layout — so even external viewers could see the same structured, project-oriented view.
This feature would make WorkFlowy much more powerful for collaborative reporting and project management.
