Search within a “Quote” or “Code Block” has a bug as explained herein

“Quote” or “Code Block” of group of bullets is useful for searching of words in different bullets in the same “Quote” or “Code Block” e.g. if you have

Abc

Def

ghi

all of the above without any notes attached in a Code Bock, then we’ll be able to find ab ef hi all together in one search itself showing all three above together as they form a Code Block / Quote

BUT THE PROBLEM IS IF ANY OF THE ABOVE BULLETS HAS A NOTE ATTACHED, THEN THAT BULLET IS NOT SEARCHED AS A PART OF THE CODE BLOCK / QUOTE & THERE IS A CLEAR VISIBLE GAP /BREAK SHOWN IN SHADING OF THE BULLETS FORMING THE CODE BLOCK / BREAK IN LINE IF A QUOTE

Only if you have continuous bullets without a note attached, only in that case, all the continuous bullets without notes will be treated as a Code Block / Quote for searching & there will be continuous shading in the entire Code Block / or one single line running among different bullets if it is a Quote.

For example:

IF say def bullet has a note attached, then Abc Def ghi all will be treated as not a part of Code Block /Quote because they are not continuous bullets without notes.

If only Abc has a note attached and def and ghi do not have a note, then def and ghi will be treated as in a Code Block /Quote for searching as these are continuous & not Abc

If only ghi has a note attached and abc def do not have a note, then abc & def will be treated as in a Code Block /Quote for searching as they are continuous bullets & not ghi
