URGENT: Cannot submit a support ticket – "Topic" field is blank and required! + Severe sync & Kanban mobile issues

Hello WorkFlowy team,

I am a paying customer ($15/month) and currently experiencing several critical issues:

  1. Cannot submit support ticket:
    Your support/contact form cannot be used – the mandatory “Topic” field is blank, gives no dropdown options and cannot be filled in manually (see attached screenshot). Because of this, I am unable to reach you via the normal channel.

  2. Desktop/mobile sync BROKEN:
    Changes made on desktop do not sync to my mobile app. This is urgent, as it severely disrupts my workflow.

  3. Kanban view on mobile app is broken:
    I cannot move items between columns when using Kanban view on the mobile app. For a paid feature, this is unacceptable.

  4. Paid plan, poor service:
    For $15/month, I expect a stable and professional service. Right now, I am extremely dissatisfied.

Please escalate this ASAP.
I need a clear acknowledgement and timeline for fixing these issues, otherwise I will consider canceling my plan.

Please respond with a workaround or a direct way to get actual support, as the current support system is not working.

I just checked Settings on a Browser (Windows) and my phone (IOS). Report a Problem seems to be working fine in both places. Where re you having the issue?
