Hello WorkFlowy team,
I am a paying customer ($15/month) and currently experiencing several critical issues:

Cannot submit support ticket:
Your support/contact form cannot be used – the mandatory “Topic” field is blank, gives no dropdown options and cannot be filled in manually (see attached screenshot). Because of this, I am unable to reach you via the normal channel. -
Desktop/mobile sync BROKEN:
Changes made on desktop do not sync to my mobile app. This is urgent, as it severely disrupts my workflow. -
Kanban view on mobile app is broken:
I cannot move items between columns when using Kanban view on the mobile app. For a paid feature, this is unacceptable. -
Paid plan, poor service:
For $15/month, I expect a stable and professional service. Right now, I am extremely dissatisfied.
Please escalate this ASAP.
I need a clear acknowledgement and timeline for fixing these issues, otherwise I will consider canceling my plan.
Please respond with a workaround or a direct way to get actual support, as the current support system is not working.
